What counts as a seat?
The clinic admin, plus every doctor who has accepted their invite. Invited doctors who haven't joined yet, and suspended doctors, don't count.
Is the admin one of Group's 5 seats?
Yes. The admin is one of the 5 seats, so Group covers the admin and 4 doctors before extra seats apply.
Am I charged during the free trial?
No. You get 7 days free and aren't charged until the trial ends.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time from Settings in your clinic dashboard. The change is prorated and your seats carry over.
What happens when I suspend a doctor?
Their seat stops counting toward your bill. Reactivate them whenever you need to.
What currency are prices in?
Canadian dollars (CAD), billed monthly.
